What I love about my job:

There is no better feeling than helping someone see their long-term goals come to fruition. It truly is a pleasure to see them achieve those goals. I also love educating people on the many different and changing financial avenues and how they will affect them. And thanks to this vocation I have created lasting relationships.

Education and Experience:

I was introduced to the Financial Services space back in college when an Economics teacher had us focus on the way the stock and bond markets react to everyday economic information. Which may be part of the reason for my almost obsessive way I read, watch, or listen to economic reports, so I can discuss and educate my clients.

However, my career in the Financial Services space began, more than a decade ago, as a Bank advisor.  Back then, our focus was helping people who had saved money enter or reenter the markets, with a vast array of options the bank could not offer. While the focus was almost solely on the investment products and portfolio construction side of the business. I realized quickly, and then became enamored with, the other (and just as important) characteristics of Financial Planning - which in combination make for a much more holistic approach in viewing each client's unique financial and personal journey toward their goals. I believe it is important to invest my time to understand what is most important to you and what you are working toward before we invest your money.

I have been in the Real Estate, Banking, and Financial Services industries for more than 20 years. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from LeTourneau University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in management. I currently hold a FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 as well as hold a Group 1 life insurance license all held at LPL Financial.    
 
Get to know me:

After growing up on the beaches of the West coast of Florida, my wife, Michelle, and I moved to Texas in 2008 to be closer to her family.  We have been married for more than 20 years and reside in North Fort Worth.  I enjoy watching soccer (Played for more than 25 years) and playing golf.
